So the Republicans that we had Chip Roy and Matt Gaetz on the program yesterday, I thought

actually it was a very worthwhile conversation discussion.

People like Chip Roy, Byron Donnells, who will join us in a second were, you know, working

hard behind the scenes to get together, you know, what I thought was actually a pretty

responsible fair deal to just, you know, fund the government till October 31st and 8%

cut, but it wouldn't touch the military, you know, or other programs that matter to so

many different people.

And anyway, I just thought it was a pretty good deal, didn't work out yesterday.

So they're trying to put together another one.
