We've got something that just broke a few minutes ago, and I haven't even heard this audio yet.

For 17 years, California has been trying to build high-speed rail.

It is one of the biggest scandals, one of the biggest travesties, one of the most expensive rip-offs ever.

And for 17 years, I've been saying you can't have a project go on that long, spend that

much money, $10 to $15 billion, and not have anything to show for it.

It's got to be a crime.

There's got to be crimes going on here.

People have been looting money from high-speed rail for 17 years and getting away with it.

There aren't even records on how a lot of the money was spent.

So now Trump just a few minutes ago said he wants an investigation.
