We were talking about the 14th Amendment and the question of birthright citizenship,

which is a hot conversational topic these days, and actually really interesting.

And I mentioned that the 14th Amendment is actually five paragraphs long,

and it would take a long time to read to you.

The first part is about all persons born or naturalized, yada, yada, yada, the birthright thing.

Second part is representatives, she'll be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers.
