criminal lies that Donald Trump has told about himself, about this country, about his history, about his past, about his

about his history about his past about you know about his administration about the situations in America

but also you do a brilliant job of putting this in the context of democracy itself

why this is so important, why

gas lighting is a thing you know and that is being used, why the absence of shame

for example is is so critical. What provoked you to write this book, Steve Bennett? I think I wrote

the book because I was confronted with this avalanche, this avalanche of

misinformation, of disinformation, of efforts to rewrite recent history to argue that reality itself is somehow up for

grabs.
