How are you today?

So, so looking forward to the pleasure of being here with you and really looking into the heart.

I guess that's the best way that I know how to say it today.

I have been through some of the depths of my own journey recently.

And I don't even know how to sum up this season,

but I think it's the season of I'm not available to have people treat me in a certain way and have them still have access to me or

the good that comes with me.

So if you are one of those people that in general, I mean, I'm not talking about massive, massive,

what would be societally deemed as mega abusive stuff, I'm just talking about things that don't

show a mutual respect, care, consideration, love that I don't know about you, but I've

tend to gloss over. I've tend to go into hiding or not saying something to not have someone

else be upset with the situation or me or not wanting to hurt their feelings

or even worse, more recently, thinking that I needed to fulfill a certain type of script

that I feel is in the kind of spiritual woman entrepreneur collective consciousness.

And not that I'm speaking for anyone else.

I'm only speaking for myself here.
