Hey guys hope you're enjoying your new year and holiday season. I know we've been

enjoying our break having a couple weeks outside of the office but with that we are

continuing our top five countdown of the 2023 most downloaded episodes and to recap

number 5 we had Ryan Panata number 4 we had Chris Krohn

number 3 we had Jack McCall number 2 we had Pace Morby. And coming in at number one, most downloaded episode of 23

was Mr. Grant Cardone. I know this episode was super fun and exciting for us and the team here at

the office just to have Grant come in.

He was actually flying out here for a

speaking event.

And this big private equity firm here in San Diego was hosting a conference. They paid him a big

chunk of money to come out here and speak and I got a warm intro from one of our podcast guests.

He had to come on my old podcast back in early 2020.

That was a virtual podcast that I used to have with a couple of partners.

But anyways, that's a right time, right place.

Got the Warming Show at Grant's team and invited him on and they were they booked it. So he came over here right after he spoke at this live event in San Diego

and came in the office, he brought his daughter Sabrina.

It was really cool to connect with him before,

get to know Sabrina a little bit.

And this dude was, he's a real dude. Off dude was he's a real dude off camera he's super cool genuine

I don't care whether the people say about him but but he's a he's a real dude yeah it was

really cool to just interview Grant he's definitely a personality and for this particular podcast we had a little audience here watching so that was even more exciting.
