Good morning, good evening, good afternoon, and welcome to the weekly energy boost.

My name is Elie Chava, and I am a teacher at the Kabbala Center.

This week I'm joined by colleagues and friends Esther Naor, who's sitting with me in the studio, and good friend and

lovely person in general, Rachel Schwartz, who is joining us from New York.

We're very excited.

This is our first women-only Kabbalah teacher show.

Well, they say it's a year of women, no? Yeah, it better be. Here we go. So I am, as I mentioned

before, a Kabbala teacher from the Kabbala Center, as we all are. And each week on the weekly energy boost, we talk about a variety of

topics. The goal of the show is to give you the listener or the viewer an opportunity to connect

to whatever gifts are inherent in this week and whatever potential bumps in the road or, let's say, opportunities for growth.

We try to bring that to the forefront of our discussion as well.

The basis of this conversation is, of course, the wisdom of Kabbalah.

And most of what we take from is also rooted in the Zohar.

If you've ever heard anybody say Kabbalah says or Kabbalah talks about this or that or

the other thing, chances are they're telling you something that they've heard or read or

learned about from the Zohar.

So because I'm here with two friends who are here for the first time, we want to hear a

little bit about them and what brought them to be on the radio with us today. So Esther, first of all, thank you for joining us.
