As always, we want to do our best job to invest into leaders. Leadership leaning really started

am I suggesting that we have it all figured out. But what I realize about any subject is the more

you lean into it or any relationship, the more you lean into it or any relationship,

the more you lean into it, it leans into you.

So we're leaning into leadership, lean into wisdom, trying to get a little bit better.
