Summary

Brianne Helfrich, host of Welcome to the Collective and Founder/CEO of Helfrich Collective, is on the pod today! We chat about the definition of a relationship, how her breakup fueled her to start her own clothing brand, and how we've never "gone with grace" after being broken up with. We hear how she approached her phase of being single and going on a ton of dates, how she met her boyfriend of 2+ years right before making a big move, and how they created a strong foundation based on open communication and vulnerability.

1:26.7

hometown that I did not want to be in. I was surrounded

1:29.3

by kind of just everything that kind of happened in my life. Like it just felt like it was all kind of

1:34.6

coming back. And I was in a very toxic, I want to say relationship, but it wasn't actually

1:41.1

even officially a relationship. It was one of those wild ones.

1:44.8

I'm cutting you off right there. Yeah. In your eyes, was it a relationship to you?

1:50.9

Yes. Okay. It was a relationship. Yeah. And I think that's something that it's like I even find

1:57.3

myself still stumbling over like my most traumatic and horrible relationship.
