that I was feeling a little bit under the weather.

I had been feeling nauseous for a whole day

and no, I'm not pregnant.

I got a lot of, are you pregnant dams. I think that it was a combination of something I ate and stressed to be honest and I was working all day Monday and I tried to work through it and Tuesday I was like I just need to rest but I'm human and I'm unapologetically

human about times I'm not feeling well or times I need to take a break I've always

been that way on my social media.

So thanks for everyone who understood,

but we are back today with a brand new episode.

And I'm really excited to talk about this today.

The reason I'm talking about confidence in comparison and finding your worth today is because I did an

Instagram little Q&A on my stories yesterday and I saw so many questions about worth, about confidence, about how to not compare yourself to others.

And this is something that everyone struggles with, whether you are a Christian or not,

you know, no matter what you believe in,

this is something that just we as people struggle with.
