Hello there and welcome to the Thinking Fellows podcast. My name is Caleb and I am joined by my father, Dr. Scott Keith, to talk about the Augsburg Confession and the apology to the Augsburg Confession. Today we will be starting in Article 11. Last episode we got through the Lord's Supper and baptism and means of grace.

I think I named that episode how to obtain the forgiveness of sins because as we had been

describing it, we had a race to justification. We had justification itself and now we have

sort of the, well, it's like a reverse race back towards

justification, right, but in reality, explaining the way by which God delivers the forgiveness

described in Article 4.

Yep.

And so we are going to continue on here.

Article 9 is great, and Article 11 and 12 are pretty expanded in the

Apology. So these are one of the sections where, you know, short in Augsburg, and then we get a nice

long section in the apology. So we'll go through those. Before we do, we have a quick
