Hello and welcome to the Yaku fans of football forecast.

I'm Liz Loza, joined today by my good friend and 49ers super fan, Dalton Del Don.

So yes, today we're going to be previewing the two conference final games.

I'm sure Dalton will have plenty to say, but before we do,

Dalton, let's check in on your family's blood pressure because they've had to deal with you and

dealt with you through that incredible game at Lambo. Yeah, I don't have any kids stories for you,

Liz, but I have an embarrassing one. I told it on the XM Serious show, so I might as well tell it here. During the win over the Cowboys, I jumped up and landed awkwardly on the

side of my couch and the sound of the ankle made, it made this not so great sounding crack. And

it's bad. Liz, like, no joke, you don't even want to see the pictures. It swelled bad.

It's been two weeks almost now,

and the top of my foot is black. It broke some sort of tendon because it went all the way to my

toes. It's bad. I'm hobbling around here. But it's embarrassing. Yes, I suffered an injury

while celebrating a 49ers win. So it's pretty embarrassing. I feel like you're just that in sync with Trent Williams,

that you're both gutting through these ankle injuries.

I mean, that's it.

It's how you were just so in tune with the Niners Faithful.
