He is an activist, a minister of the gospel, a Vietnam veteran, and just, I don't know, he's just been, I've seen him since I came to Denton

on the Denton Access Channel, just always doing the work of activism, always compelling the city

and the county to do right by children. I mean, he's been engaged in education and just all forms of activism.

It's just been amazing to watch him over the years.
