Let's start with the very, very sad news that has obviously been covered a lot since Sunday, but I've not talked to you since then.

The death of Kobe Bryant and just the overall tragedy of what,

nine people perishing.

Yeah.

Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter.

It's just, man, it still makes you sick.

Yeah, it's heartbreaking under any circumstances.

But, you know, as a dad,

when you see three kids on that and just have really no chance of seeing what their life's going to become.

And the thing that I am struck by, because I'm a child of magic and bird and a teenager of Jordan.

Yeah.

We're about the same, I think.

So that's the view that I kind of look through this.

I guess was unaware or just didn't pay enough attention to how revered Kobe is for the 15 to 35-year-old person.

And it's been amazing to see like I had no idea that was a thing
