| 1:52.3 | We want to treat folks well. we want to take care of folks. The problem is we |
| 1:56.9 | only do it once a year. We don't do it very often, so we get no practice. The practice we get |
| 2:02.3 | is spread out, you know, in little events over the course of decades. |
| 2:06.5 | And so we stink at it and interviewing is kind of like that. |
