1:18.0	Its wife gives him a look.
1:20.0	He's meant to be leaving work behind on this trip.
1:22.0	I'm sure it won't take long.
1:24.0	Just hold our place. I'll be back.
1:26.0	He steps out of the boarding line away from his family
1:29.0	and digs out his cell phone to call British Airways Crisis Center at Heathrow Airport.
1:34.0	Hey, it's Mike, what's going on?
