Sound of freedom was billed as a movie that was based on a true story, but the film was

unbelievable.

I mean, we hear people's true stories for a living and it wasn't hard to see that this

wasn't that.

We're going to do a deeper dive into this.

We wanted to know the true story behind the brother and sister that Jim Cavizel called

the heroes of the film.

He said, I don't belong here.

Then he gives me this dog tag that his sister had given him.

But what Ballard did make clear in his report was that he didn't interview Jose.

Ballard didn't include the dog tag moment in his report because it didn't happen.

Ballard used that poor boy suffering to create his own mythical origin story.
