So somebody out of recent event came up to me and said something to me that my guys were initially offended and I was so excited.

We're at this event, Marlago.

I host my annual sales leadership conference.

People are coming in from all over the world.

It's very limited.

And we're at the end.

It's the networking event.

We're pull side Marlago.

This guy comes up.

I'm having conversations with others.

We're shaking hands.

My guys are around me, comes and

says, hey, Pat, I just want to say something to you. I said, what's that? He says, I am so glad that I'll

be able to say, I met you when you were just getting started. I said, how long have we known each other?

He said, this is the first time I've ever met you. I said, what do you mean? He said, I've never met you before. He says, but I know you're about to blow up and you're just

getting started. I'm just so glad I can say that to everybody else I meet in my life. I'm standing

and my guys are like, what kind of a freaking, do you know how long this guy's been working? Do you

know what he's been doing? You know what I said to him? I said, you have no idea how big of a compliment that is to me. He says, I know I'm coming from a very nice

place. I said, I know you are. But to me, this is a very big compliment. He says, why is that?

I said, because I feel like I'm just getting started. To me, I feel like I'm barely like I'm

just figuring this thing out. And we're just going on the run. You have no idea how big of a compliment you just gave me.

Then we go upstairs, we're having dinner, Jennifer sitting here, we're all sitting here.
