Welcome to another guided prayer.

You ever wake up and feel exposed?

Ever start a new day and feel humiliated, embarrassed?

Maybe it's a mistake you made yesterday.

Maybe it's a mistake you made yesterday. Maybe it's a decision you made yesterday.

And now as you wake up or start your day, it seems to haunt you.

How will I face those people?

How will I face this day?

What will I say and what will I do?

Hebrews chapter six comes to mind.

Verse 18 says, and now we can run into his heart and hide ourselves in his faithfulness. It's there we can find strength and comfort, for he empowers

us to seize what has already been established ahead of time, an unshakable. I want to lead

you in a guided prayer based on this profound verse that perhaps before your day begins you can run into his heart

and hide yourself there in his faithfulness in his strength and in his comfort close your eyes with me

and i want you to imagine the most comfortable, restful, peaceful,

enjoyable, safe and secure room you've ever been in.

Maybe there's pillows and perfect lighting and soothing sounds and music and

you're there and you're soothed and you're safe this doesn't even begin to

describe how safe the heart of God is.

And you are there.

The proof is you're in the middle of this guided prayer and I know that I set this prayer up for you

so that you would know you're safe and hidden in his heart and before this prayer is over
