Beverly is sharing her lift, complete, satisfied, and single.

In the 10 years I've been single, I recognize that the joy I feel, the satisfaction I

experience day to day is a result of knowing that as a beloved child of my father,

mother God, I do indeed have everything I need right now. In other words,

I am complete. Mary Bakeretti, the founder of Christian science, indicates in her book,

Science and Health with key to the scriptures, that God, like a fountain, continually gives us more good than we are aware of. After 40-plus

years of marriage, I needed to learn what my new role would be. How would I redefine myself?

Step by step, I proved my well-being was not dependent on another person.

When I recognized the path God was directing, I was provided with an income, a house to rent,

new friends, and new activities that reminded me of my abilities and talents.

I learned to genuinely believe that my role as God's child

is to reflect God, who is divine love,

through generosity, kindness, joy,

and that God is delighted in me, forever with me,

guiding and guarding, and satisfied with her work.

This is true for each one of us as God's beloved children.

There are some words in the Christian Science hymnal that tell us we are in God's continuous care, satisfied, complete, divinely fair.

A question in science and health tells us everything we need to know about having all that we need.

Mary Baker Eddy asks,
