So I'm glad we're both smiling and laughing, because obviously there's a lot of things not to laugh about this past week. Here we are. It is October 19th here in 2003 and obviously

And obviously a lot of things going on in the Middle East, all sorts of markets busting

a move.

You know, the thing I, my metaphor for this might is, I hear the creaking and popping sounds

like you might hear as a superstructure is under strain, right?

And so I wanted to discuss today with people what it means that we're seeing the 10-year

U.S. Treasury note bust such a serious move.
