I'm going to take a few minutes to defend this following assertion, and I think it's full of profundity.

We collectively, Crossfitters, affiliates, trainers, and you're all going to be L1 trainers here very shortly.

We sit collectively in unique possession of an elegant solution to the world's most vexing

problem.

And it may be so elegant that it's optimal.

And I'm just going to defend all of that and elaborate now.

I wanted to start this show off with that intro with

Greg there. Hopefully. We got the internet situation figured out. We got kind of a random show

going on today. Well, random and sense of the time. But I was thinking about this a little

bit this afternoon and it was just specific around coaching. So we're going to about this a little bit this afternoon and it was just specific around

coaching.

So we're going to dig into a little bit of my thoughts around what you look for in terms

of coaching if you're an affiliate owner or if you're a coach and you really want to dig

into this and do it full time.

And one of the things Greg used to preach all the time is the professionalization of

the trainer, the professionalization of the trainer. And that, in my opinion, is still something

that the fitness industry as a total, like, is missing the mark. And one of the things that I think

as Crossfitters, as L1s, as L2s, L3, soon to be L4s, if we could use the word without getting in trouble.
