because I'm going to be talking with a very special Cross Fit Games athlete.

Now leading into the 2009 Cross Fit Games one of the things that I was personally most excited

about was having the opportunity to see country champions who had previously never had any chance

to compete at the Cross with Games take the floor. You can

imagine my excitement when I found out just a few weeks before the games that

one of those country champions was a man from Singapore named Ian Wee who like

myself was competing in the cross-fit games while he was also going through

medical school. So I was hoping I'd have the opportunity to meet and catch up with him in Madison and

when I ran into him at a local affiliate and he agreed to sit down with me for an
