so don't go there. But the general broad brush overall picture of the future portrayed in

revelation is trustworthy that adds to our confidence. That helps me know how to read the newspaper without panic.

That helps me understand how to watch the cases that come to our courts and are handled in ways that just don't seem right to me

and to understand why that's true and how that could happen and what that's

leading to it calms me. I like Joe Lewis's words when somebody said that Joe Lewis,

the old heavyweight champ of the world years ago. He said,

you like money? He said, no, I don't like it that much, but it does calm the nerves.

I'm not here to make predictions about dates or days or years but I'm here to tell you

this will calm your nerves if you know God knows where he's going and he's told us about it in his word.

There's a third part of this that's also helpful.
