2. What on earth earth how are we already here in

episode two friends I'm just so excited to get right on into it today so if

faith comes by hearing let's grab our headphones and get communicated very loudly in our culture.

And so I want to take today to acknowledge that.

I don't have all the answers, but there are some things that I do know, and I want to share with you today in hopes that what I do know encourages you and meets you right where you are and helps you move forward in the right direction. So to my

brothers and sisters as you are being made aware of the hurting hearts, the

racial injustice, the violence that's going on in our world,

and you're seeking out, okay, how do I respond well?

How do I navigate through this with wisdom?

How do I walk through this in a way that I'll be thankful later that I walked through it that way.

I'm just going to share with you what I'm currently doing, what I'm currently seeking to live out,

and I pray that it helps you as you navigate through that to do the right thing.

So the first thing that I'm doing and I'm encouraging you to do as well is to love God and to love

people.

And when I was thinking through this simple yet

very much a deep, deep point,

I thought of the Martin Luther King Jr. quote, where he says,

darkness cannot drive out darkness.

Only light can do that.

Hate cannot drive out hate.
