Summary

The CliftonStrengths assessment, formerly known as the Clifton StrengthsFinder, was created by educational psychologist Donald Clifton. It’s a performance-based tool to help you understand your innate skills. I took the test today and we're comparing the results with my enneagram type. -- Call/text your enneagram questions to (828) 338-9127 Grab a copy of my books at www.thehonestenneagram.com & www.theenneagramletters.com Check out my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/sarajanecase Learn more about your ad choices. Hello friends, it is a busy day at the co-work today so if you hear background sounds or things

0:15.1

going on just bear that's what's going on that's what's happening and I will tell you that the

0:22.4

room that I'm currently in smells like juicy fruit and that's delightful. The day we're talking

0:29.2

about strength finders which I've heard about like I've talked I've spoken at conferences before

0:36.2

where I'm teaching Anya Graham and someone else is teaching strength finders and it sounds really

0:41.5

interesting. I actually took a workshop on strength finders in the Anya Graham and I was so

0:48.3

excited about it and really dedicated a lot of time to going to it only to really kind of have

0:54.4

the experience where they didn't teach anything they just kind of I think we're trying to

0:59.6

solve the test and so I was pretty frustrated by that experience and I needed a break for a minute

1:07.6

but I'm fascinated by it I wanted to understand it I wanted to get a golemson to it so today we

1:14.0

are doing an episode we haven't done one of these in a minute where I go through my results

1:21.2

from the strength finders test and compare that to my Anya Graham and how I think they might go

1:26.8

together so looking forward to that I will tell you right away that taking the test

1:34.9

for strength finders I was able to see just a lot of like areas in which I've changed as I've

1:41.7

gone the older which I hear from you all so much when you talk about the Anya Graham like you take

1:46.8

the Anya Graham test and you changed you know since you took since you were in your 20s and

1:53.8

and kind of now the way that you respond to the world is different and I can say I definitely

1:59.4

experienced that with strength finders and I think it makes more sense with something like

2:04.4

strength finders just because well let's get into what strength finders is really quickly just

2:11.0

gives you a new to it and I haven't heard of it so it's called the Clifton Strengths assessment

2:18.6

it's kind of formally known as the Clifton Strength finder apparently but it was created by
