You compare to make decisions, right? So we can watch people and say, okay, hey, look, they're making these decisions and look at where it's brought them. And that's inspired me to be like, okay, wow, they were diligent. They were strict on their diet. They took six months and they put in the work. I think you just have to be careful because it can really quickly become a game of where it's not just comparison for a healthy benefit, but it's a

comparison where it becomes an envy.
