It's June 19th. And on today's show, we'll

0:22.6

have Chris Hein from the Star Tribune. Joining us, Chris had the chance to interview Nas Reid

0:27.6

late last week. So we'll get into some of Nas' comments from that article that Chris wrote,

0:33.3

just kind of about his upcoming free agency decision. That'll be the final 30, 35 minutes of this episode.

market was a summer ago when Gobert was traded for.

1:23.3

So we've gone through many times, but I'll do it again, a first round pick that became Walker

1:27.1

Kessler, a late first-round pick.

1:29.3

Three unprotected first-round picks.

1:31.8

And then the final of those four first-round picks they traded was a top five protected first.

1:37.1

There was also a pick swap in there, along with the salary filler of Malik Beasley, Patrick Beverly, Jared Vanderbilt, Leandro, Ballmorrow.

1:44.9

Now, Beal, as you've all seen, was traded for a very different return.

1:50.8

One main factor in there, which we'll get into a little bit, is that Beal had a no trade clause,

1:55.9

which had some impact on his trade value dipping significantly below what that Gobert Hall was.

2:04.1

Again, we'll touch on that no trade clause a little bit.
