| 1:25.9 | as and when you will. I always made sure to use all of my PTO by the end of the year as it didn't bank. |
| 1:31.4 | Previous management encouraged us to do so, and also there was no bonus for not using it. I follow the company rules, always gave plenty of notice, and only once left the team dangling with no notice. |
