like the ones that you and I dream of not having to work in, although Dunder Mifflin looks a lot more

fun than most offices I've actually visited.

So I think it's fair to say that workplace culture is not just a thing and not just a cool thing. It's a very valuable thing. It's the place in which

many adults spend 40 or more hours of their weeks, one precious week after another for almost their whole lives.
