0:44.6	from your podcast. It saved my life. All of those things mean the absolute world to me. And I just
0:50.4	want to take a moment really just to say, thank you so much. You know, it really humbles me
0:54.6	and to think that just my podcast is having such a difference to you so that you know you're not
1:00.7	on your own, that I believe you, because I've been right where you are at the end of the day. And I don't
1:05.6	want you to spend one minute longer than you have to because I spent years feeling shame and guilt and criticism of
1:12.9	myself, judging myself. And I just want you to know that you're not on your own in any of this.
1:18.2	So with that in mind, I've got some really exciting news that I want to share with you.

So you're going to see lots of things that are going to be maybe some new artwork that I'm working with my illustrator with just to really show you and really create an experience for you where you know that I'm right by your side. I'm your cheerleader in all of this. You know, I'm kind of there.
