Here we are, Father, another month, and we will navigate through this month day-by-day

step-by-step, and you will be faithful.

And we love you, and we need you, and we invite you to come Holy Spirit into this time

that we spend together, reconnecting with one another, reaching out to one another in

spirit.

Lead us in our prayer, we pray, in Jesus' name.

Hi, it's Donna from California, and today is September 29th.

And I was listening to Brian's introduction to the Book of Philippians, and then subsequent

reading.

And as I was listening, I felt myself just thinking so much about Lisa, of the East Coast,

Lisa, who also goes by Philippians 4.6.

And I would like to lift up a prayer for you, Lisa.

Lord Jesus, every time I think about Lisa, and I am sure this is true for so many of us

listening, every time we think of her, we are filled with gratitude.

We thank you, Lord, for her presence and her voice amongst all of these voices here.

And for the example that she has displayed of just walking with you, pointing toward you,

pointing toward your goodness and your love and the hope that she has in you while she

is walking this journey that she has with cancer.

I thank you so much for her example, and her sweet, gentle voice, Lisa, I pray, I am
