Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible Prayer and encouragement for the week ending

January 28th, 2023.

Father, as we come together for the final time in this first month of the year, like this,

we look back and realize we have marched through nearly a full month already.

It really feels like the time has fallen by.

Somehow it still feels like we're in the holiday season.

And yet it's already been more than a month.

But here we are and we thank you for your faithfulness and your guidance and your counsel

on our lives and we thank you for all that you are bringing into our stories through

the stories that are found in the Scriptures.

So as we now come together and meld our stories together, catch up with each other, pray

for one another, rejoice together, laugh together, weep together, mourn together, calm.

Jesus, we need you.

We cannot navigate this life without you.

And we are comforted in knowing that there is nowhere that we can flee from your presence

and that you are knitting us together now.

So come into this time we pray in the name of Jesus we ask.

Amen.
