Just finished listening to today's podcast, December 5th, Friday.

Hallelujah, we made it to Friday.

I am always so moved when we get to today's readings. Those two books, Josea and then chapter 5 in

1 John got me through the last year or two of my marriage when it was dying a horrible death. I hope this gives somebody

encouragement. I was blessed with some sisters that stood by my side and we fasted and prayed

through Josea specifically. And it was such a

picture for me and it still is to this day. I was reminded yet again today. I'm thankful for God's

hand on me and my children and even my ex-husband.

He's still alive, and I believe that God is still trying to get his attention.

But he kept his hand on me and kept me strong through all of it. And I hope this encourages

those of you that are in the same situation. I was reminded by my pastor recently. God never panics.

So when we're going through things, trust him, doing a study on trust as well.
