Welcome to the daily audio Bible prayer and encouragement for the week ending December

3, 2022.

The Father for the first time in this 12th month of the year, we gather together in your presence

as a community.

And regardless of the season or the month of the week, there's always something going

on.

There's always something going on that's a challenge.

And there's always something going on that's a victory within the community like this.

And so we rejoice and we weep.

We jump up and down in celebration and we call ourselves and say, Lord, have mercy.

There's always something that we need your help in because we are absolutely dependent

upon you.

You are our source of life.

We like to think that we're all powerful and we can figure things out on our own, but we

can't.

We are dependent upon you.

And so we lean into that and say, come Holy Spirit into this time that we share together.

Hover among us.

Knit us together, even though we are all over the world, knit us together.

And we ask for your help and we rejoice in what you are doing in this time.

Pray this in the name of Jesus.
