0:24.1	But I want y'all to understand communion because I grew up with a bad understanding of it myself.
0:29.4	And so we need to make sure that we have a good understanding before we do it.

0:37.1	So are you, look at somebody and say, are you worthy to take
0:41.5	communion? So none are spiritually worthy to partake of the body and blood of Jesus Christ. You know
0:50.6	that. No, if we're going to use a measure of certain righteousness to judge whether or not we're worthy, we all fail.
1:00.9	Because the Bible says in Romans 3 and 10, as it is written, there is none righteous. No, not how many? One.
1:11.4	So you aren't righteous enough.
1:13.3	You didn't live good enough to deserve to take communion.
1:21.4	Amen?
1:22.6	You didn't, there's no way you can impress God with your righteousness to where he says, okay, you qualify.
1:32.3	No, no, no, no.
1:33.4	That's not what it's about.
1:35.2	But listen to this.
1:35.9	It is the actual ceremony itself that is representative of the price paid for us.
