and magazines in particular have been devastated. Social media, built on content that it doesn't pay for,

is sweeping all before it but wrestling with fake news and hate speech.

Meanwhile online news reading has surged, radio has done particularly well with literally

a captive audience and the BBC may even have saved itself for its performance during

the crisis. So has
