Once again, a topic that we all should have learned about growing up, and none of us did. I am super stoked to be able to give you

the education that I have learned to pass on the mental health skills and tools that will help you.

Communication skills are necessary human skills.

And you know what happens if we don't learn the new skill?

If we don't study this and build the muscle of communication,

we're just going to act the exact way we observed in our childhood homes.

So the way you communicate, your communication style,

your conflict style, your boundaries, how you validate, do you listen, do you interrupt? All
