Mike, I just saw something that, well, quite honestly, is disturbing, and I have to share it

with you. What is it? You might remember Tom Herman years ago, used to coach here, went to Texas

to coach, and I believe it was at Texas. Maybe it was at Houston, but I'm pretty sure Texas,

where he had posted around the facility a sheet, a laminated sheet. Oh, the peach that had the colors of urine.

I'm not making this up.

This was a thing that got tweeted around on social media of levels, the color of urine,

which of course tells how hydrated or not you are.

And they associated that with all kinds of different things, right? Like if you had almost clear

water in the toilet, you're a great teammate. It literally said great teammate. And then if it was

darker, meaning you're dehydrated, they said you're bad teammate. And then it got like way down

there and they were like, you should just leave the team

kill yourself you're awful yeah well i just and so everybody made fun of that a couple years ago

it was really it was really weird i mean creepy right that a guy making millions of dollars cares like

about that level of intimacy with his football players to a point i mean these guys are concerned

about nutrition and this is part of proper nutrition.

It's making sure you're hydrated.

If you have a headache and you're cramping up.

I'm just saying, I get it.

I know you don't want that happen in a game, but like maybe trust your players, stay hydrated. Here's how much you need to drink every day. Make sure you're doing it. And I trust you at the end. Now, today, Alyssa Lang, who is a studio host for SEC Network and covers among other teams, the South Carolina Gamecocks. She just tweeted something out from their facility where they have a sheet that has the

exact same colors.
