I only listen to things on like one and a half speed.

Usually it's audiobooks that I'm struggling, Joe Namest style, to get through.

Maybe people are struggling to get through this show.

Well, that's what I'm saying.

So when I hear someone say, oh, I do it at like speed and a half or time and a half or two times the speed,

I feel like, oh, you just, you know there's something in here, but you didn't want to listen to a punch of the crap we were saying.

But that's fine. That's fine, too.

I know that people are busy, but I've always thought of this as sort of like a leisure activity.

It's not something you have to get through.

Right.

It's something you enjoy partaking in.

Well, here's the thing.

And I appreciate this too. There are people who want to listen to every second of each show we do each week. And that means so much to us. And I get it. You're like, well, I only have about an hour and a half a day where I'm in a car, I'm at the gym, or wherever you listen. This is why you should neglect your family and your job.

Yes, that's what we do.

That's how we do this radio show.

We completely neglect everything.

Including my health.

Although you, I tell you, I don't know about that.

How many pounds are you down now? I'm down 102.

We're just kind of cruising along. But, yeah, I'm focusing on the running, trying to get that strength built up a little bit.
