So here's the thing.

One of the biggest misconceptions about quantum leaping is that it always feels good while it's happening.

Conceptually, it's like I'm quantum leaping into a brand new reality with brand new results and the relationship

that I want.

Da da da da.

Like it seems like such a fun ride and that that ride is always pleasurable.

But that's not always the case.

A lot of the time, actually, the period right before or during a major leap can feel confusing, destabilizing, lonely,

emotionally intense, or even like everything is falling apart.
