It's one thing to want to be healthy or to want to change your job or to want to learn something,

You have to make a commitment to achieve what it is that you want as well.

And I think this is probably the biggest difference between what you might think of as successful people, whatever that means, and those that just

want to be successful, but it never really comes to anything.

The ambitious types who have got loads of good ideas, but never quite where they want

to be in life, because the successful people, they commit to their ideas, probably for the rest of their life. Not just committing to their

goal, but committing to the process of getting there and staying there. Sometimes I'm contacted by

folk who, they want some help to make a change in their life, but they're not in enough pain to warrant

the effort of making that change.

So they ask for hypnosis, thinking that hypnosis is going to do the work for them so that they

don't have to. And unfortunately, that's not really how it works. The hypnosis can give you an

unconscious nudge that's going to inspire the effort, but it's still down to you to put in the effort.
