We came across a very interesting story courtesy of our friend Christian Toto at Hollywood

in Toto, a gentleman in the comic book space and novelist space.

His name is Mike Barron and it was another case of really, I guess, what you'd call cancel

culture.

And so we wanted to speak with Mr. Barron about it, what he does, what happened exactly.

And he was good enough to join us today, we were very interested in it.

For folks that are not familiar with your work, give us a little bit of your background.

Well, I broke into comics in 1981 with my science fiction superhero character, Nexus,

that I created with Steve Rude.

And then I created the Badger, a multiple personality superhero.

Because of that, the big two started calling me and asked me to write for them.

My first big assignment was writing the Punisher.

I wrote the Punisher for five years.

I've also written Star Wars, Flash, Batman, Dead Man, Bruce Lee and many other titles.

About five years ago, I joined a group called Comic Skate where we crowdfund our comics

and go outside the regular venue of distribution and I've done several so far.
