You took me through a past life regression and it went in unexpected directions in a way towards the end, which was fun.

So what I'm going to do in this episode is we're going to listen to the recording of the

past life progression, and me and Craig may stop the recording now and then and talk about it

and discuss what's happening.

But, Craig, from your point of view, do you feel this was what you might call a standard

session?

This is how they usually go?

I think it's a lot about your intention, and if the idea of past life regression doesn't fit your

worldview, or your universal view, or your religious view, then you're probably not going to be

able to do it because you don't believe that you have the ability to do it. So in a way then you're probably not going to be able to do it because you don't believe

that you have the ability to do it. So in a way, you're already kind of hypnotizing yourself,

hypnotize yourself not to be hypnotized. And wow, it works. So we all have the ability to do this

because we all have the ability to have our minds wander and drift off. And we use that ability

to access this

information. So I guess that's a long answer to a short question. It was in terms of the setup
