started, we got this right on time, folks, because I had to finish a quick newser about the commanders

agreeing to turns with Leo Chenal, a quick newser about the commanders agreeing to

turns with Leo Chennaul, by lineback from Kansas City. To me, a very good pickup. So just

finish that. Took one bite of my meal and put it aside. I'll get to that in a little bit.

But here we are, Bram, finally after waiting all day, all day. There's finally something to talk about with the

commanders about what they did and not what they didn't do. So this to me, Bram, like we'll just

start here. Like, I think this is a very good move. In fact, I just like, I've been texting

people during the day. I'm like,

are you hearing anything on this guy? Because like he had, to me, was a really good fit for what

they want to do defensively. And then boom, here it goes. Yeah, this is my favorite signing so

far with, you know, I got a lot of, I got a lot of hope, obviously, uh, in Adafioa, because that's where they spent a lot of money and, you know, had a sincere major need.

Uh, but this one falls into the category like a couple years ago when they signed, um, Frankie Louvo.

I was like, that's a home run. Um, and I just, I love this signing for them. Um, You know, we got to play the chiefs earlier this year. So I got to see him. He is kind of exactly the type of profile linebacker that they need. They need an upgrade there. He's of the right age. He's a really good blitzer. He's a motor guy. He can cover um and he's probably ascending so you know

this is this is the exact profile we're looking for and once again um this falls the the

oa deal is the first one that they've done outside of the building that falls into the risk

is the wrong word just like they're going to spend a lot of money with a lot of term at a market value on somebody and hopefully it works out. This was another, this feels like a bargain a little bit at whatever the number is, $8 million a year, however it works out. It feels like another very good prudent signing with not a ton of term, not a lot of cap space taken. And to me, again, it's probably so far my favorite signing they've made. Yeah, no, I think he's such a good fit for what they want to do defensively in Durante Jones's system. You need guys who can blitz. You need those linebackers who can mug the A gaps. You can drop and do all that, but you have to have guys who can do that and do it well.

And I think the range that he has makes him a very good fit.
