had had enough of the questions about the Chase Young and Montez

sweat trades and he said, quote, I'm through with it. Okay, just so you know, I'm ready to talk

about New England. We're going forward on to New England. For me, the deals are done. There's

not much more to rake over the coals, closed quote.

Ron was asked a lot about, you know, Chase in particular,

because the other day, on the day after the trade deadline, he wasn't able to answer questions

about Chase Young specifically. He could about Montez Sweat, but the trade had not yet been

finalized with San Francisco. And so today, a lot of the questions about Chase came, and, you know, he got, I guess,

a little bit frustrated and was ready to move on.

I think this was a tough week for the organization, because I think they knew for a while

that they were going to move on from Chase Young.

And they were leery about the response, actually two responses, what they'd get offered for him,

and then what the response from their media base and customer base would be to what they got

back for Chase Young.
