All right. We do have some breaking news related to Washington.

According to Adam Schaefter, Washington has reached an agreement on a two-year $60.2 million

contract extension with Laramie Tunsell.

We knew this was coming.

There are $61.5 million in guarantees in this extension. Remember, the extension

would be on top of the year that he's already under contract. So now there are three years left

of Laramie Tunsell under contract. 2026 his cap number was to be $24.9 million.

So now you get two years on top of that.

Schefter writing there are $61.5 million in guarantees, including the biggest signing bonus

for an offensive lineman ever at $32.5 million.

Tunsel was the NFL's first $20 million per year offensive lineman.

He was the league's first $25 million per year offensive lineman,

and now he becomes the first $30 million offensive lineman,

with this contract extension just over 30 million a year.

Remember the Slater deal, which was the biggest deal ever done, done before the season last

year, and then Roshan Slater was lost to the Chargers with a devastating injury.

His deal that he signed a younger player was four years, $114 million with $92 million guaranteed,

but basically penciled out to be around $285 per year.

So the extension years for Tunsell will be the largest average annual in the history of the

league for a left tackle.

Let's keep in mind, that is in combination with his current deal, which is more at the $25 million

per year. So if you blend it together, the two at 30, the one at 25, you're talking about
