be interesting to see um what uh dan quinn says today in his post game presser uh i think that he

was genuinely pleased with how they played uh the fight um you know the the thing about joe whit

junior and the continuation from last year to this year and the waiting to make a move, I'm all in on that conversation. I am. I think it's a worthy conversation. I also think it's fair to point out that the two games in which Quinn has taken the reins, it is different, but what contributes to it being different and the results being different,

is that they didn't play the, you know, Cowboys, Chief Seahawks, and Lions in consecutive weeks.

You know, I don't know that they, you know, would have looked a lot different against Detroit.

Now, maybe they wouldn't have played as much man coverage in any of those games,

and that's been a big shift, you know, heavy zone coverage against Miami, you know,

and much more zone coverage last night.

You could have made that change as the head coach with the defensive coordinator.

Look, I prefer this.

I think they had to make the move, even if he wasn't, you know,

the overwhelming largest slice on the, you know, blame pie chart.

But, you know, it's not like the defense is stopping people and stoning people. I mean, Bo Nix threw for over 300

last night. They had over 400 yards in the game. They were very successful on third down in the game.

Miami, you know, A. Chan rushed for like five yards of carry in the game. I thought last night

overall, the defense against the run was one of

the best efforts they've had all year. I can't remember the last time it wasn't super easy to run

the football. And the funny thing is the very first play in the game last night was the kid from

UCF, Harvey, right up the middle for 11 yards,

basically. I'm like, oh, God. But then they got really good against the run. I mean, Harvey in the

game, you take that 11-yard first play of the game away. he was 12 for 24, 2 yards per carry. Overall,

he was 13 for 35, 2.7 yards per carry. They did a nice job against the run. I think part of that
