But we wanted to tackle age and speed.

Candice Buckner in The Washington Post has an article titled

The commanders are starting to look old and slow.

Subtitle experience can be an absent, but on Sunday in Atlanta,

the oldest roster in the league couldn't keep up.

They focus or she focuses on the Bobby Wagner play, allowing the 69-yard reception to Bejan Robinson.

But later on, she writes, all kidding aside, the commander's advanced age, what could become a weapon as the months go by

or a problem, showed up in glaring ways against the Falcons.

Well, I mentioned earlier when Von Miller had a chance to tackle Tyler Alger in the backfield.

Maybe the Von Miller of two or three years ago makes that play.

Maybe he's lost that little half or quarter of a step that enabled him to make that play in the past that he's not able to make now. When you get older players, you're going to be slower. Right. I mean, that's just natural. And we knew going in, this is an older team. And I'm not playing. I don't think you can be surprised by the lack of speed.

I'm not going to blame all of this on Ron.

But a lot of this is due to the fact that so many players that were drafted by the Ron regime are gone.

Those are supposed to be young players that are still on your roster contributing are no longer here.

They weren't effective while they're here or they were, you know, sent elsewhere.
