but he also saw a blueprint to get better.

If you go back to the end of the 2021 season, Miami was an underperforming team

with a promising young quarterback and a defensive-minded head coach.

They fire Brian Flores.

They hire Mike McDaniel. And I think it's a lot more complicated for Washington to follow that blueprint to success than
